Yimika practices in affiliation with Andrew Law. She is a member of the Law Society of Alberta with over ten years' combined post call experience from Nigeria and Canada. Yimika practiced law with a large commercial firm in Nigeria, focusing on negotiations and drafting agreements, mediation, arbitration and commercial litigation.

Yimika was called to the Alberta bar in 2017. Her legal experience ranges from family, criminal, immigration, real estate and corporate/commercial law.

Yimika works very hard for her clients; quickly assessing files and giving clients a clear and sincere picture of what their options may be. Clients benefit from her keen eye for small but important details. Although Yimika has a deft understanding of the court environment and procedures, her first option is to try and settle matters prior to proceeding to court.
